Heather (Carlson) Prough 1994
I was involved with radio and television at Jeff for several years. My senior year I was the Public Service Director. Also in 1994 I was the recipient of the William Fraser Broadcasting Award. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in radio and television I did not pursue it in college. I did graduate from Purdue in May 1999 with a BA in Communication and a concentration in Public Relations. Today I am a Current Land Use Planner for the Area Plan Commission of Tippecanoe County. I got married in September 2001. A Purdue graduate as well, my husband is a Mechanical Engineer for SIA. We live right here in Lafayette. I often turn on WJEF on my way to work and remember how much fun I had when I was there.
